-Reason 1: Excessive pressure leads to a sharp increase in friction temperature

Solution: Reduce downforce, perform intermittent operations, and dissipate heat from the grinding wheel.

-Reason 2: The hardness of the grinding wheel is too high, and it is dull without cutting, only rubbing the workpiece

Solution: Replace the grinding wheel specifications that are suitable for particle size and hardness.

-Reason 3: The grinding wheel has become damp and deteriorated, resulting in a decrease in the performance of the resin adhesive

Solution: Scrap the damp grinding wheel and replace it with a new one.
